You can have as many other techniques as you want to help you change how you feel, but unless you use them, they’re not of much use. ![]()
You have to wire your brain to these new ways, new behaviours. It doesn’t change on its own, it’s the things you do that change your brain. If you keep doing the same thing you’re going to keep getting the same results. So to get different results, do something different. ![]()
So by changing how you walk, stand or behave into a more positive, confident way, the wiring in your brain will start to change, and before long it will become the “norm”, you will create a new habit and a new way of feeling. As you change your posture simply say either out loud or inside your head “l am enough”. ![]()
So practice, practice, practice. Choose times when you often feel at your worst, it doesn’t matter how many times a day it is, and remember to say “I am enough”. ![]()

Are you critical of your appearance, are you too big, too small, do you see wrinkles and feel you’re getting old? ![]()
Do you even look in a mirror, if not, why not? ![]()
During hypnosis I sometimes get my clients to imagine they’re in a hall of mirrors looking at their true reflection. A reflection without distortion, without all of the baggage that ways you down, without the anxieties. ![]()
It’s not about your reflection, it’s what you can see beyond it. Your reflection isn’t your enemy. ![]()
Be kind to yourself the next time you’re looking in the mirror. ![]()
