What does anxiety look like for you?
Anxiety is not just in your head. It’s in your body and behaviour too.
Anxiety can show up as
- A racing heart, shaky hands or nausea.
- Dread at the thought of social situations.
- Avoiding places, people and things you once enjoyed.
- Struggling to sleep or constantly over thinking.
- A general sense of “something is wrong”, even though you can’t explain it.
It can be exhausting and overwhelming.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

I use a combination of therapies including NLP, Hypnotherapy, Silent Counselling, Havening, and other techniques to help you:
- Shift unhelpfull thoughts & beliefs.
- Reprogram the emotional response in your body
- Let go of what no longer serves you
- Feel safe, calm and connected again
This isn’t about managing your anxiety, it’s about releasing it.

What working together looks like
Change doesn’t have to be a long-winded affair, that takes months of digging into the past.
My sessions are solution focused and tailored to your needs.
You’ll be gently guided to work with your subconscious mind, the part of you that holds onto fear, emotion, and old survival patterns.
Together we will work to change your response so you can feel better fast.
Sessions last between 60-90 minutes, depending on your needs, and can be done in person, in Fife, Scotland.
Or online. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space, a good internet connection, and a willingness to feel better.
