Hi, I’m Marina, an award-winning Clinical Hypnotherapist and Anxiety Specialist based in Fife, Scotland. I help people break free from trauma, phobias, and emotional overwhelm so they can reconnect with their true selves and live more confidently.

But this isn’t just a job for me,  it’s a calling.

For years, I battled depression, anxiety, and trauma rooted in both childhood and adult experiences, including the emotional toll of a mentally abusive relationship. I unnderstand what it’s like to feel lost, stuck, overwhelmed, and like you’re constantly fighting just to keep going. But I also know what it’s like to heal, to rediscover your power and rebuild your life from the inside out.

That’s why I do this work, because healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

My Journey to help others

Like many of the clients I now support, I tried everything, talking therapies, medication, self-help books, but nothing ever truly stuck. It wasn’t until I discovered hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) that things began to shift.

These tools helped me see myself differently, release emotional baggage I didn’t realise I was carrying, and start thinking, feeling, and behaving in more aligned ways. The transformation was so powerful that I knew I had to learn everything I could to help others find the same freedom.

What started as personal healing became a lifelong mission.

Signs of anxietyHave you or do you ever wake up with a sore jaw or maybe you’re aware that you were grinding your teeth in your sleep. Teeth grinding and jaw clenching are more common physical symptoms and signs of anxiety than you may think. At night when your mind is processing all the days tension your body can react by tensing the jaw, which leads to grinding or clenching without realising it. This was a major symptom for me which led to other issues with my teeth 🤦🏻‍♀️. But what can you do?Before bed you can gently massage jury jaw muscles to release any tension. You can place your tongue on the roof or your mouth and allowing the jaw to relax (this is also good for quietening your mind) You might want to get a mouth guard to protect your teeth if you grind frequently.
