Change How You Think You can have as many other techniques as you want to help you change how you feel, but unless you use them, they’re not of much use. You have to wire your brain to these new ways, new behaviours. It doesn’t change on its own, it’s the things you do that change your brain. If you keep doing the same thing you’re going to keep getting the same results. So to get different results, do something different. So by changing how you walk, stand or behave into a more positive, confident way, the wiring in your brain will start to change, and before long it will become the “norm”, you will create a new habit and a new way of feeling.
