Anxiety
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety and stress are often internal responses to external triggers. They can build gradually or hit out of nowhere, and often, they don’t need a clear reason to show up. It’s not just a thought, there are real physical sensations that come with it. You might feel dizzy, nauseous, shaky, have heart palpitations or break into a sweat for no obvious reason.
Anxiety affects everyone differently. For some, it’s constant. For others, it comes in waves. You might even find yourself avoiding certain situations altogether just to keep it at bay, but that avoidance only offers short-term relief.
Common symptoms of anxiety include:
-
Racing thoughts or overthinking
-
Difficulty sleeping or waking up feeling unrefreshed
-
Restlessness or feeling constantly “on edge”
-
Struggling to concentrate or feeling mentally foggy
-
A pounding or irregular heartbeat
-
Shortness of breath or chest tightness
-
Nausea, butterflies or stomach discomfort
-
Sweating or trembling
-
Avoidance of certain people, places or tasks
-
Persistent fear, dread or panic without a clear reason
How I can help?
The approach I take is making it so you can think differently, allowing you to feel differently. After all, it’s easier to change how you feel about the outside world, rather than change the outside world.
When it feels like things are getting on top of you, it can feel incredibly overwhelming and isolating, however using a different approach allows me to help you make a significant shift in your thinking, which inevitably results in a shift in your behaviour, and ultimately your life.
Change doesn’t have to be a long-winded affair, change can happen for you quickly and effortlessly. My goal is always to help you get to that change as quickly and gently as possible.
What would it be like if you could wake up tomorrow and be free from stress or anxiety?

Trauma
What is trauma?
Trauma isn’t always about the event itself, it’s about how that event made you feel and how it continues to affect you. It can come from a single moment or from things that have happened over time. Whether it’s something big and obvious or quiet and ongoing, trauma can leave a deep imprint on your thoughts, emotions and body.
You might feel like you’re stuck in a loop, repeating the same feelings or reactions without knowing why. Trauma can show up as fear, anger, shame, or even numbness and sometimes you might not even connect those feelings to what caused them.
Here are 10 common signs of unresolved trauma:
- Feeling on edge or constantly alert
- Mood swings or intense emotional reactions
- Flashbacks or vivid memories that won’t go away
- Difficulty sleeping or frequent nightmares
- Avoiding people, places or situations
- Trouble trusting others or feeling safe
- Feeling disconnected or emotionally numb
- Low self-worth or persistent guilt and shame
- Anxiety or panic attacks
- Physical symptoms like fatigue, headaches, or digestive issues
Everyone’s experience of trauma is unique and so is their healing process. You don’t need to have all the answers or explain everything perfectly. You just need to know that you don’t have to keep carrying it on your own.
How Can I Help?
With the approach that I take and the strategies that I use in sessions, which have all been proven or created to deal with trauma, I will help you break free from the feelings and the thoughts that keep you stuck. I help you release the emotional charge behind the trauma. You don’t need to relive it or talk through every detail, this work is about freeing you from the weight of it.I will help you break down the barriers and release the blocks that have stopped you from living the life you deserve.
Together, we’ll take down the barriers and shift the blocks that have been getting in your way, so you can start living the life you deserve with more ease, clarity and calm.

Phobias
What is a Phobia?
To those who have them, they may be debilitating and overwhelming and bewildering to those who don’t. They can cause a great deal of anxiety to those who have them. If you’ve got one, you’ll know it’s not just “being scared.” It can feel like panic takes over your body before you’ve even had time to think.
A phobia is more than fear. It’s fear that’s got out of proportion and started to take control. Whether it’s a fear of flying, spiders, needles, crowds, or social situations, a phobia can start shaping your decisions even changing how you live your life just to avoid triggering it.
-
Some common signs of a phobia include:
-
Avoiding places, people, or situations that might trigger fear
-
Racing heart, sweating, or shaking at the thought of the trigger
-
Feeling out of control when faced with the phobia
-
Planning your day or life around avoiding certain things
-
Struggling to explain your fear to others
-
Knowing the fear is irrational, but feeling powerless to stop it
Phobias are learned responses. You’re only born with two fears, sudden loud noises and falling. Everything else is picked up along the way, often in a single moment. That’s the good news, if you can learn a fear that quickly, you can unlearn it just as fast.
-
How can I help?
My approach is gentle and effective. Through a calm, relaxed chat, we’ll find the patterns behind your phobic reaction then we work together to change them.Through a relaxed chat, we will identify the patterns of behaviour that triggered the ‘phobic’ response, before being neutralised. For everyone the process of creating fear is different. Often there is no need to go back and explore the source of the problem. It’s not about why the fear started, it’s about how it works and how we can shift it. Once that pattern is interrupted, the fear starts to lose its grip.
I use a combination of therapies to make the transition both quick and effortless for you and what once felt terrifying can simply feel like nothing at all.

Weight loss
Do you want to be in control of your eating & your weight?
This approach is NOT a diet! There are no meal replacements, supplements, pills, food restrictions or any other short-term gimmick!
It is the way for you to achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss without spending hours at the gym, whilst still allowing you to eat the foods you enjoy!
Everyone knows someone who eats all the foods you want to, but maintains their figure almost effortlessly! This shows that achieving a healthy body doesn’t require you to live on bland healthy foods and exercise for hours every day… The difference is not WHAT they eat, but HOW they eat!
My approach is for anyone who is ready to Get Serious, Get Slim! Whether you just want to optimize your behaviours or if the problem is overeating and ‘snacking’ on the wrong types of food, you can take control now of your future by taking back control of your eating. You will learn the attitudes of someone who is naturally slim with this program. Is for you, the thought of being glamorous and sexy, a difficult one to reconcile with where you are now?
What Can I do?
We will look at the “why”. Why do you eat the way you do, why your eating habits are a problem if you eat emotionally, then why do you do this? You will learn how your mind & body work together so that you can use natural design to work for you! Enjoy cooking & eating guilt-free! Learn to appreciate food and consider it fuel for your body, not an enemy to do battle with! Learn why awareness of your body’s needs is an important skill, and how to develop that skill.
Over a number of sessions, you will change your mind and ‘reset’ back to your naturally healthier, slimmer self, and discover the effortless way to control your weight & eating behaviours.
This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle change, and requires your commitment to let it work for you.
As with any therapeutic procedure, your success depends on your commitment to the change in lifestyle and motivation to reduce your weight. We give 100% commitment to your success and expect the same commitment from you.
