Payments

No booking is confirmed until a non-refundable deposit or full payment is received. This payment must be received within 48 hours of your request to book. If your booking has been confirmed with a non-refundable deposit, the balance of the fee must be paid prior to the session commencing. This may be done in person, on arrival for your appointment.

For multi-session bookings, your first session is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received. If paying by installment, each installment must be made on the schedule agreed with the therapist.

If payment is not recieved within 48 hours of your request to book, your booking request will be cancelled.

Payment methods accepted include debit/credit card, bank transfer, or cash. All prices are stated in GBP and may be subject to change with prior notice.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows the appointment slot to be offered to someone else.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Repeated cancellations without sufficient notice may result in refusal of further bookings.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and will be charged at the full rate.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for missed or cancelled sessions. However, in the event of extenuating circumstances, partial refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the therapist’s discretion.

For prepaid packages:

  • Refunds will not be issued for partially used packages. Any unsused sessions may be used within a 12 month period from the first session.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing via email.
