This work is about clearing the blocks, shifting old thought patterns, and helping you reconnect with who you really are, not fixing what’s “wrong” with you. I help people like you break free from the weight of emotional pain and feel calm, confident, and in control again.
Sessions are intuitive, focused, and led by what you need in the moment. It’s not about endless talking or digging up the past unless that’s what you want. My job is to help you feel better, fast.

Silent Counselling
What is Silent Counselling
Not everyone wants to talk, and that’s absolutely fine. Silent Counselling is a way of clearing emotional blocks without needing to explain or relive anything. We work through the body’s energy system to gently release what’s been held on to, without needing the story. It’s a safe, quiet, and deeply effective process.

Havening
What is Havening
A gentle touch-based technique that helps you unhook emotional trauma and triggers at the source. It’s especially helpful for past memories that still hold emotional weight, panic attacks, and feelings of fear or helplessness.

Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy helps you access the subconscious patterns behind your thoughts and feelings. A deeply relaxing method, and often feels like guided meditation, but with real therapeutic results. It helps you access your subconscious and create real, lasting change. Whether it’s anxiety, unwanted habits, or deep-rooted emotional stuff, hypnotherapy allows us to work with the part of your mind that holds the key to shifting it.

This is fast, interactive, and great for clearing anxiety, fears, or intense emotional states quickly. If you’ve ever said “I don’t want to feel like this anymore,” this is the kind of work that gets results there and then.
What Will Your Session Look Like?
We start with where you’re at. You don’t need to know what modality you need, I’ll guide you. All sessions are a mix of approaches depending on what you bring with you on the day. All you need to do is show up and be ready for change.
Sessions are 60–90 minutes, I work both in person (in Fife, Scotland) or on Zoom, wherever you are in the world.
You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control. Change doesn’t have to take months. Often, it starts to shift in the very first session.

Bio Energy Healing
This is a stand alone method that is done over 4 sessions, Bio Energy is also known as our life force, aura, chi, electromagnetic field or Universal energy. It is non invasive and works on your body’s energy field as well as the chakras.
Working with your auric field to find out where in your body you have any blocks. Once it clears and regains balance our physical bodies begin to heal.
