Even if you’re surrounded by family, friends or people at work you might still feel completely alone. You find yourself smiling and joining in the conversation and carrying on as if everything is fine, but inside you feel disconnected from the world around you. ![]()

Over time that anxiety can also disconnect you from yourself. You find you can’t trust your instincts, you begin to question every decision, you might even forget what makes you happy because so much of your energy is spent just trying to cope. ![]()
